Refund policy
We want you to love your Wild Deuce gear as much as we loved making it! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
Every item you receive was made especially for you and we do not hold any inventory. As a result, we can only offer exchanges/store credit and cannot offer refunds.
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Exchanges and credits apply to the same or equal value items.
Defective or Misprinted Items:
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@wilddeuce.net. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you, in line with our print provider’s policy.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or misprinted. In such cases, we'll cover return shipping and replacement costs.
How to Start a Return (Exchange or Store Credit):
Email info@wilddeuce.net with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. Our team will provide instructions for sending your item back.
